[Qgis-user] qgis fault start

Dear all,from four days i have problems starting Qgis, i receive this message:
qgis: /tmp/buildd/sip4-4.13.2/siplib/siplib.c:10938: sipEnumType_alloc: asserzione "(((currentType)->td_flags & 0x0007) == 0x0003)" non riuscita.Annullato

I serch for somthing around this on web but not a clear solution is found,anyone could give me some feedback?
