[Qgis-user] New case study about from the municipality of Montecchio Maggiore, Vicenza, Italy

I am pleased to announce a new case study, this time from Italy. It is
about using QGIS for urban planning in the municipality of Montecchio
Maggiore, Vicenza, Italy.

Author is Flavio Rigolon from Vicenza (Italy). He works in Montecchio
Maggiore municipality as SIT manager where he migrated almost all gis data
to a free platform with QGIS, Postgresql/Postgis, Spatialite, ...
