[Qgis-user] Can't find Atlas Plugin through Python

You should have download a zip file (currently atlas-0.2.2.zip). Unzip
it and you'll get a directory called atlas. Move it into
.qgis/python/plugins in your home directory (what your home directory
is depends on your operating system). Restart qgis and the plugin
should show up in the plugin manager.
