[Qgis-user] Handle bad layers bug?

I've a qgis project with layers of different origin, some of them from external servers (MySQL attribute tables).
If I try to open the project when I have no internet connection the "Handle bad layers" appears and there is no way to set an "ignore" option. Clicking "cancel" or "OK" will remove the not-found layer form the layer list and the data will not be available again when an internet connection is available.
It would be better, maybe, to have an option to ignore network data availability problems.
