[Qgis-user] QGIS 1.8 crashed again

Hi
in my case there was a colleague who suddenly wasn't able to open a project
file with a huge amount of data to be loaded.
Qgis crashed without any particular message.

I deleted the whole osgeo4win installation dir (win 7) and reinstalled all
the program suite.
Then it started working again.. Don't ask me why but it was so
