[Qgis-user] ECW in QGIS 2.0 for Ubuntu 12.04 64 bit

Dear all,

I've been looking around for instructions on how to be able to read the
proprietary ECW formats on my 64 bit Ubuntu running QGIS 2.0? There were
instructions on how to do this with QGIS 1.8, but apparently the
instructions don't work for 2.0. Has anyone been able to get ECW support on
Ubnutu?
