I do not know which version of SEXTANTE he is using, but support for
the raster package is already added

You should use the following syntax

##Layer = raster|R.raster

(just add |R.raster)

This was added by Radoslaw Guzinski (thanks, Rado!)

It is already documented, but only in the repository, not in the
stable version manual
