[Qgis-user] QGIS 1.8.0 WINBRAND.dll-Error

Hi list

I'm using QGIS 1.8.0 on Windows 7. Starting the application causes the following error about C:\Windows\system32\WINBRAND.dll
Is this an known problem and how can I fix it?
