[Qgis-user] lost 'fetch python plugins' and vector menu

Hi Etienne,

yes you are right, I obviously looked not carefully enough...

Anyhow, the given solution is not working for me. 
python-pyspatialite is not installed, at least not after purging 
all qgis packages.


I now also removed libspatialite5 and libspatialite3, which tore down the 
entire grass and gdal

Then started again with installing qgis (ends up pulling again libspatialite3 
and libspatialite5 ), but nothing changed.  Still no  'fetch python plugins' 
and no vector menu

Is there another repository I should use besides or instead 
ubuntugis-unstable?
