There is an error in my previous message:

Changed:
CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=${HOME}/apps
QMAKE_EXECUTABLE=/usr/bin/qmake-qt4
PYTHON_LIBRARY=/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libpython2.7.so
