Hi all
Found my own answer. In case you're interested, If you use the
following: format_date("Date",'dddd') (putting your date column name in
the italics) then it identifies the day of the week from the date
supplied. Happy Days!

Subject: Identifying day of week question
Hi
I have a dataset that has the date column within it, does anyone know of
a way to identify the day of the week that the date relates to so if
01-01-2013 is a Tuesday I want to create an extra column to display the
day name.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Thanks!
