Hi Oliveira,

No - this feature is not yet available.

However - it would be useful to have - e.g. for embedded graphics inside
a map view where one could e.g. draw sections of pipeline corridors
within the map.

If you really need this, consider sponsoring a developer so this could
be included to an upcoming QGIS version.
