[Qgis-user] Question

I work in a mineral exploration company, one of our main tasks is new mining claims.  Defined as 600 feet by 1500 feet.

is there a simple way to create a box with this exact outline?  This is a task that can be repeated many times for an area.

would be nice if there we an option to just 'add box' with options of the dimensions.
