[Qgis-user] Measurement tool's changes

I'd like to mention the visibility of the rubber band in the 2.0 version 
is poor in comparison with the 1.8 release. Perhaps it could be made a 
bit wider. Also the rubber band in 2.0 is no longer persistent and 
disappears whenever another command, say insert point, is selected.
