[Qgis-user] How to get QGIS Mobile Web Client (as presented at FOSS4G)

I saw the demo link provided in the FOSS4G 2013 presentation with the status
update for QWC. Is it available for public implementation?  Is it part of
the QWC package?  Looking forward to putting this to use!
