[Qgis-user] How to specify fields to export from QGIS?

I think thats not what he is looking for. You are hiding records by  
filtering, while he wants to get rid of hidden columns.
Well, i don't know of any procedure of selecting special fields only for  
export.

But maybe someone can come up with some python-Voodoo to kill your  
unwanted/hidden fields while exporting.
