[Qgis-user] Flip

The digitizing tools plugin has the ability to flip a line.

Go to Plugins -> Manage and Install Plugins -> Digitizing Tools.

Once installed right click in the menu bar portion of QGIS and add the 
digitizing tools toolbar.
