[Qgis-user] Reminder: Freeze starts on 2014-01-24 (4 days)

Regarding Jürgen's suggestion for naming the next release "Dufive" what about continuing the peak theme but incrementing the letter by one so the next release become "Eiger" after "Dufour" and then after that something like Fuji, Gasherbrum, Hanang, etc etc?

My 2p worth :-)

Hi,

I'd like to remind everyone that the 2.1 development cycle ends on Friday (2014-01-24; 4 days away), we'll go into feature freeze and start the 2.2 release cycle in which we'll do testing, bugfixing, translating and release preparations instead of feature development for the 2.2 release.

Please merge your new features before 2014-01-24 and prepare to start testing.
The 2.2 release will be on 2014-02-21 (32 days away).

There's also the question how the next release should be named.  My first idea was "Dufive", but I'm sure there are better ideas around. ;)
