[Qgis-user] Creating a WMS Server

Hello,

I have been working on trying to get a wms server working and talking 
with qgis, and at this point I'm about ready to give up. Does anyone 
know where I could ask about hiring someone to set up a wms server for 
my company?

I'm sure this is not the right place to ask, but I don't really know 
where else to turn.
