Hi Randal
Thanks for yor quickly answer, the option "not installed" is not in the
options, only "All" and "Installed", and in the 2 options only list  16
plugins
I have the qgis 2.2 installed from ppa:ubuntugis/ppa because in qgis 2.4
the openlayer plugin dont work. I use ubuntu 12.04.
