[Qgis-user] R: Qgis crashes at exit

Hi
I answer for my part: i have no problems during the work, but only at
exit....

- Installation method? Stand-alone or OSGeo4W?
     Stand-alone
- What type of data? Vector, raster, other OGC services?
     For me, everything works...
- Do you have AV running in the background?
    Yes, F-Secure.
- Does QGIS simply become "Not Responding" or crashes with dump file?
    After the click for 'exit', it waits for a moment (some seconds), then
crashes with dump file 
- Are the files located on a network drive or local disk?
    Half and half. A project however is entirely on server or on pc disk. I
don't see difference..
- Can you run QGIS with no-plugin option see if it crashes upon opening
files?
    I tried, but there's no difference. Now, the only active plugin is
'georeferencer' and I don't use it very often...

Same symptoms here with exactly same setup.
Before installing 2.4, I uninstalled and erased all traces of QGIS from the
system, so there should not have been any leftovers from old install.
