[Qgis-user] OpenLayers available in 2.4?

Folks,

I have seen a few messages regarding the availability of the popular (my favorite) OpenLayers plugin in 2.4. Is this available for use in 2.4? Is it already installed with 2.4 or do users have to install it separately? What is the current status of this wonderful plugin, all working OK?
