[Qgis-user] Minimal QGIS installation

Hallo dear GIS users,

I use Windows 8 and already have Python 2.7, GDAL, MinGW/MSYS all available in PATH.
I have all Python packages required by QGIS (as in "C:\OSGeo4W64\apps\Python27\Lib\site-packages", as if I install QGIS)

Is it possible at all to install QGIS without duplicating/complicating already present systems like those three mentioned above?
By possible I mean without downloading even more software to build QGIS myself.
