Hi Alen,
Can't you use the Python libraries to get that information?
For example for time there's:
http://docs.python.org/2/library/timeit.html or you can roll your own
fairly easily.
Or perhaps: https://pypi.python.org/pypi/benchmark/0.1.5 (not used it
myself).
I think using Python would be the best option.
