[Qgis-user] SVG PATHS --- Oil & Gas Symbols

I think I’m getting close on this…. 
 
I’ve downloaded a symbol set from Blackbeard Data Services: http://blackbearddata.com/symbols
 
They are SVG
files.  I’ve unzipped them and put them
in the following directory:
C:\Program Files\QGIS Dufour\apps\qgis\svg\QGIS_Petro_SVG_Symbols
 
I’m following the directions given at: http://blackbearddata.com/symbols regarding these symbols.  Under the “Options”
window the directions say select “Rendering” and then to add a SVG path.  
 
I do not see the SVG path button or window in QGIS Dufore.
 
I’ve added the symbol set using the Style Manage but the
symbols do not scale.  
 
So the question is:  ¿How do I add a SVG path to this symbol set?
