[Qgis-user] Problem with raster calculator

Hi!
I have a problem with the raster calculator and I would like someone to help me.

 I created a raster layer from a vector layer. 
The new raster layer has cells with values assigned to the vector layer and the rest with -9999 values. I want the cells to pass values -9999 have values 0.
 
For this I use the raster calculator and the following formula:
 if (layer name = 100,100,0) 

100 is the value of the cells that had assigned value in the vector layer.
 
However I get the message invalid expression.
 Does anyone could tell me where is the problem? Or help me get what I want?
