[Qgis-user] Odd "circles" in Qgis-cloud

I don't know the QGIS cloud infrastructure... but, I suppose it's
based on QGIS server. The effect your are exposing was a fixed in qgis
and was a bug. I suppose this would be managed by QGIS could
maintainer installing the corect patch server side.
