[Qgis-user] style file (qml) for U.S. land surface ownership (BLM)

If it's this - 
http://www.blm.gov/noc/st/en/business/mapstandards/colormod.html - You 
can use the CMYK or RGB values (or my favorite the color picker tool) to 
replicate the colors. Of course I'm no where near the Western US.....
