[Qgis-user] style file (qml) for U.S. land surface ownership (BLM)

Hi,

Does anyone working in the western U.S. have a QGIS style file (*.qml) to color U.S. land surface ownership values?  The ownership layer is typically developed by the U.S. Bureau of Land Management and has standardized colors.  I am working in New Mexico.  Example ownership values are P (private), FS (US Forest Service), etc.
