[Qgis-user] Help installing ECW plugin for Mac?

The /Library folder where you need to move the ECW library files to is hidden by default.  It's easy to get into it (I guess I tend to skip the obvious bits) - from your desktop, Go menu, Go to folder, type in /Library.  From there you can browse to the folder mentioned in the Readme.

The newer version shouldn't matter as far as installation goes.  But it could be a problem at runtime, if the API has changed.
