[Qgis-user] QGIS 2.8.2 on windows 8

I am using QGIS installed via OSGEO4W64 .
I am trying to use Processing tools and even though the algorithm gdal_MrSID.dll is present in the dll folders SAGA, it hangs as it tries to process catchment area and mentions that the .dll file could not be located. I try to use all the suggested fixes for eg enabled SAga, updated processing plugin, but still it hangs. Any suggestions?
