[Qgis-user] Convert data DXF (autocad R12) to QGIS

Hi Marco and Andreas,

if there is potential plan to use Teigha DWG Library from OpenDesign 
Alliance, then probably is worth to include import support for 
MicroStation DGN v8.

We are interested in this development. For sure we can provide test data 
(DWG/DGN), and I believe we are ready something to fund also.
