[Qgis-user] MySQL support Qgis on Mac

MySQL goes through GDAL.  I don't have MySQL built into GDAL because I want to avoid the GPL in the core GDAL package.  I haven't packaged a GDAL plugin for MySQL yet, it's on my list of things to do but it's not very high priority.
