[Qgis-user] qgis-bin has stopped working

Greetings,

 

I have a problem.

 

While working with Qgis converting .kml files to shapefiles, the message
qgis-bin.exe has stopped working with a note "A problem caused the program
to stop working correctly". I uninstalled the program and downloaded it
again. Still it does not work when converting these files.

 

How do I resolve this problem?
