[Qgis-user] How can i set that streetnames are not move when i scroll the frame?

Hi,
I use QGIS 2.8.2 on Win7 64 bit.
I try to render with the QTile-Plugin a City.
The Problem is, that the positian of the streetnames are moving in every
PNG Picture.
At the QTile result, the streetnames are duplicatet.

How can i set, the streetnames are static? But they schouldn't move when i
scroll the Frame to left/right/up or down.
