[Qgis-user] QGIS: Print Composer shifts polygon layer in exported image

Hello.

I am using QGIS 2.10.1-Pisa on Ubuntu 14.04.
I am trying to export a PNG from print composer which renders a
polygon on top of a OpenStreetMap layer.
The preview of the image looks fine in print composer (see
QGIS-Print-Composer.png).

However, the exported PNG file shows the polygon shifted in a random
direction (see QGIS-PNG-exported.png).
I am able to reproduce this behavior also with different files and on
a different computer running QGIS 2.10.1-Pisa on Ubuntu 14.10.
The same happens when I export the composition as a PDF file.

For the example I used the following file:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/unitedstates/districts/gh-pages/states/AL/shape.geojson

Can someone please confirm? I will open a bug report then if there is none.
