[Qgis-user] Action "open" to open a pdf-File

Hi,
open works for me in QGIS 2.8.3 on Win7. Be sure to
1) have a programm associated with the pdf extension
2) (if on Windows) either use "/" or escape "\" in the path, e.g.
C:/my_documents/document_xy.pdf or C:\\my_documents\\document_xy.pdf
