[Qgis-user] What's wrong with PRJ file for CRS 3857?

That's the question. I'd really like to know the answer in all its gory details.

There doesn't have to be errors as long as you can tell the target
program what the correct CRS is. I do not know if that's the case with
cartodb, though.
