Hi!!

For time I drag this error in the updates of Qgis and it prevents me 
from being able to use with all his potential, for example, many plugin 
they do not work due to these errors. It wanted to known how it might 
update Python, but I do not know how.

Desde hace tiempo arrastro este error en las actualizaciones de Qgis y 
me impide poder utilizarlo con todo su potencial, por ejemplo, muchos 
plugin no me funcionan debido a estos errores. Quería saber cómo podría 
actualizar Python.
