[Qgis-user] Faulty Plugin

Greetings,

 

I am a new Qgis user. I downloaded version 2.14.0. Upon uploading a shapefile, the software crashed. When I re-opened it, it came up with this screen. Apparently Plugin MetaSearch crashed the system. The instruction is that I should report it for problem resolution. Below is the picture of what came up.

 



 

Please advise what should I do.
