[Qgis-user] How to use lists in "Azimuth and Distance" Plugin

hi all,
is there anybody that can help me in understanding how a (point) list 
should be structured (file format, custom separator, ecc) to work with 
the plugin?
I tried both txt and csv and I still have have the "invalid input" message.
Is there any trick to draw the last point of a list of vertices using 
automatically "use last vertex"?
