[Qgis-user] How to connect at italian Geoportale nazionale and download shape files

I have installed qgis 2.8.1 on PC with Vista Business picking up the
istallation file from the site http://www.qgis.org/it/site/ some time
ago. I want to download shape file from italian Geoportale nazionale
using wfs services at the URL
http://www.pcn.minambiente.it/GN/accesso-ai-servizi/servizi-di-download/wfs
but it doesn't work.
For example I try to add the url
http://wms.pcn.minambiente.it/ogc?map=/ms_ogc/wfs/Carta_ecopedologica.map
in the field URL in "add new wms connection" menu and than clic on
"connect" the software returns this message:

anziché la stringa delle capabilities, è stata ricevuta la la seguente risposta:

Impossibile ottenere le WMS capabilities: unexpected character alla
linea 2 colonna 2
Questo è probabilmente dovuto ad un URL non corretto per il server WMS.
La risposta è stata:

Where is my mistake?
It is better to ask this to an Italian expert of Qgis?
