[Qgis-user] Hillshading while ignoring coastline / elevation below X m?

Dear group,
I am creating a physical map for my school, but the hillshading, which otherwise looks quite satisfactory, does something I hadn’t thought about: it shades the coastline.
Is there a way to tell QGIS that it should only create a hillshade file for elevations greater than X m?
Thanks.
Sebastian.
