Hi Mariana,
You might have in invalid geometry.
One of your polygon have a selfintersection.

Try to control your polygons with the topologychecker.

Vector>Topologychecker>Configure
Choose the layer >Choose ‘Must not have invalid geometries’
Click Add Rule
Click Show Errors
Click Validate All

Hi Ramon!
I check to the CRS and this is right!i can't use the clip option,may be is because I did the mask with the option raster to vectorial. I don't know!!!!what can I do?
I can do the advance digital!!!!

I think the listsever has (deliberately) dropped your images.

Two suggestions:
1. Can you check and make sure that both your layers have the same CRS?
If they aren't your first move should be to save one of the layers  so they have the same CRS.

2. On the snapping settings, change the snapping mode to "Advanced" (Avanzado?). This allows you to set options for individual layers.
