Hi Ventura,
I guess you loaded your csv with "AddDelimited text Layer" into QGIS.
>From here right click at the generated layer, use "Save As" and choose KML
as output format.
Under Datasource options use "Description"in the DescriptionField
(standard) and in the NameField write the column title of you datasource you
want as "placemark title".
