[Qgis-user] 2.8.15 actually 2.8.3

Hi,

Just downloaded and installed the latest build. Uninstalled previous
version as part of process. All the new shortcuts say 2.8.15. But it
appears to be loading 2.18.3 and telling me a new version 2.18
4 is available.  Thanks.
