[Qgis-user] Difference between QGIS and GEOS method ?

Hi,

I am writing a documentation on the analysis of geometry error detection 
in QGIS (in French).

Is there any detailed documentation on the differences between the QGIS 
and GEOS methods used by the check validity algorithm (and in option of 
feature creation in Project Properties -> digitizing menu)?
