[Qgis-user] crs

Boaz,
Assuming that's the correct CRS,

 1. Save the DXF as a Shapefile and specify 4326.
 2. Using Reproject Layer, select the newly created shapefile and
    specify the 2039 ( I had it wrong in my previous email) in the
    *Target CRS* field, by right clicking on the button to the right of
    the field and typing 2039 into the search field, and select Israeli TM
 3. Under the Reprojected field either leave alone (results in a tempory
    File) or pick save to file by right clicking on the little button to
    the right of the field

The translated file should be loaded into your desktop.
