[Qgis-user] Qgis and Postgresql from enterprisedb.com on employer's laptop

Hi! My English is too weak to understand all text from terms of use - can I have Qgis and Postgis (installed from https://www.enterprisedb.com/downloads/postgres-postgresql-downloads) on employer's laptop? I know that another thing is that current employer would not like to have other software than his own. Right know I treat Qgis and Postgis + PostgreSQL +PgAdmin as FOSS - is it truth? Thank for any hints
