[Qgis-user] Hotspot Analysis Plugin

Dear Sir,
I was directed to this mailing list to send my mail. I want to download the hotspot analysis pligin on my qgis desktop but i it was not possible because of an error and that i should contact you. Please can you tell me the right way to install it.
